Bruschetta

Day-old French or Italian stick can easily be converted into a colorful and appetizing Bruschetta.

Preparation:
Cut bread into 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick slices, brush with a little olive oil and toast under the broiler. Rub toasted side with a split clove of garlic. Season Ontario Greenhouse Tomatoes with minced garlic, dried basil leaves, red wine vinegar, chopped fresh parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Just before serving, generously spoon Double Diamond Greenhouse Tomatoes mixture onto each bread slice.
