Beefsteak Tomato Grilled Cheddar


  • 2 Double Diamond Beefsteak Tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 4 teaspoons of butter
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • Cooking spray


  1. Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Spread butter on both sides of each of 8 slices of bread, then top each with 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of tomato. Top with an additional slice of bread.
  3. Place sandwiches in pan and cook until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
  4. Serve & Enjoy!
