- 2 Double Diamond Beefsteak Tomatoes, sliced
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cheddar cheese, sliced
- 4 teaspoons of butter
- 8 slices rye bread
- Cooking spray
- Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Spread butter on both sides of each of 8 slices of bread, then top each with 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of tomato. Top with an additional slice of bread.
- Place sandwiches in pan and cook until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
