Ingredients
- 9 oz. Double Diamond Gramato™ red grape tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 12 jalapeno slices
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce, optional
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, optional
- 6 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded
- 9 oz. sour cream
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2/3 cup beef broth
- 12 (6-inch) yellow corn tortillas
- 2 oz. olive oil
- 1 taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat frying pan.
- Add olive oil, chopped onions and cook until onions are lightly browned.
- Add ground turkey, salt and garlic to the pan until fully cooked.
- Add taco seasoning and beef both. Bring to a simmer and cook, uncovered, until sauce is slightly thickened.
- Assemble each taco with sour cream, meat mixture, cheddar, jalapeno, lettuce, Gramato™, and cilantro.
- Serve & Enjoy!
